“Alien” follows the crew of a commercial spaceship, the Nostromo, who are awakened from cryosleep to investigate a distress signal. Upon landing on a desolate planetoid, they discover a derelict alien spaceship and a chamber containing thousands of alien eggs. When one of the eggs hatches, a deadly extraterrestrial creature emerges, and the crew must fight for survival against this terrifying and highly intelligent antagonist.
In “Aliens” Ellen Ripley, played by Sigourney Weaver, as she returns to the planet where she previously encountered the Alien creature. This time, Ripley is accompanied by a unit of Colonial Marines, who are sent to investigate the loss of contact with a human colony on the moon, LV-426.
