+ Accessibility
Iroquois Amphitheater is fully ADA accessible for wheelchairs users. There are 8 seating areas reserved for guest who use wheelchairs or have other mobility issues. ADA Tickets are only available through the Iroquois Amphitheater Box Office, open Thursday 1-6 p.m. and Friday 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Iroquois Amphitheater is also pleased to provide assisted listening devices free of charge. They are available at the Box Office. Please be prepared to leave a driver’s license or credit card as a security deposit.
An elevator is available for use to provide access to the upper seating and Beer Garden areas.

+ Admission
All guests entering the Iroquois Amphitheater must have a valid event ticket to gain admission for ticket events. Guests should retain their ticket stubs in order to verify proper seat location. Iroquois Amphitheater gates open approximately one hour before event show time. Please see the schedule on the main page of our website or call the Box Office for event details.
Re-entry to the Amphitheater is prohibited at ticketed events.
Lost tickets will not be replaced by the Iroquois Amphitheater without proof of purchase and seat location. If tickets are stolen, guests should provide proof of purchase to the Iroquois Amphitheater Box Office. New tickets will be printed.
+ Alcohol Beverage Policy
Alcohol is only served to persons over the age of 21 with a valid ID. No outside alcohol is permitted inside the Amphitheater.
+ Baby Changing Stations
Family restrooms with changing stations are located in the concession tunnel. One family restroom is located on each side of the tunnel. All tunnel restrooms have changing stations.
+ Bag and Purse Policy
All bags are subject to search upon entering the Amphitheater. Please report suspicious bags to an Amphitheater team member. For a list of prohibited items, please the “Prohibited Items” section.
+ Cameras and Recording Devices
Use of professional video cameras and photography cameras is prohibited within Iroquois Amphitheater. Audio recording is prohibited.

+ Cell Phones
Cell phones are permitted inside the Iroquois Amphitheater provided their use is not disruptive to the performance, event or the surrounding guests. The use of camera and video features may be restricted if requested by the artist / event. Tablets and iPads are prohibited.
+ Children’s Tickets
A ticket is required for all guests, except for children under 3 years of age or younger who will be held on a lap for the entire event.
+Concessions
Iroquois Amphitheater Concessions are provided by SoHo Concessions. Soho Concessions is a full-service food and beverage specialty provider curating an elevated experience for concert goers, movie fans, and more at the Iroquois Amphitheater. Delicious meals, snacks, and refreshing drinks for all tastes and occasions! Soho is available for catered events on and off site with their talented team of culinary and beverage artists.

+ Door Policy
Gates to the Iroquois Amphitheater open one hour prior to each show time. Please refer to your ticket for time.
+ Unruly Guests
The following behavior and activities are grounds for ejection from Iroquois Amphitheater:
· Use of illegal substances or drugs
· Possession of illegal or unauthorized items inside Iroquois Amphitheater
· Use of profanity, unacceptable language or gestures of any type
· Unacceptable or indecent dress
· Failure to obey or follow Iroquois Amphitheater smoking policy
· Entering/attempting to enter restricted areas
· Verbally abusing, threatening or intimidating other guests or facility employees
· Throwing objects or projectiles
+ Elevators
The passenger elevator to the upper Garden Area and Rain Shelter is in the concession tunnel under the uncovered seating.
+ Entrance
The main gate to the Iroquois Amphitheater is located at the corner of Amphitheater Drive and the main parking area. The administrative offices are located to the left of the exterior ticketing windows down the sidewalk to the left. The Box Office is also located in the administrative offices and is open Thursdays 1-6 p.m. and Fridays 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
+ Family Restrooms
Iroquois Amphitheater is pleased to provide family restrooms in the concessions tunnel. One family restroom is located in each side of the concessions tunnel. All tunnel restrooms have diaper changing stations.
+ Firearms / Weapons
It is promoter policy that all weapons and firearms are prohibited inside the Iroquois Amphitheater.
+ Hearing Impaired Guests
Iroquois Amphitheater is pleased to provide assisted listening devices free of charge. They are available at the Box Office for most events. Please be prepared to leave a driver’s license or credit card as a security deposit. Certain events may have the devices available in a different location. Call (502) 368-5865 for information.
+ Hotels
Several hotels are located near the Iroquois Amphitheater, central locations include the Ali International Airport and Churchill Downs.
Downtown Louisville hotel guests can use the #4 Fourth Street TARC bus route, which ends its route in front of the Amphitheater.

+ Iroquois Park
Iroquois Park is a 725 acre park that includes a 5 kilometer paved walking loop, golf course, disc golf course, hiking and horse trails, scenic overlook, playground, and sprayground in addition to other recreation amenities. For park map and information visit bestparksever.com.
+ Lost and Found
Lost and found items are turned in to the Amphitheater Office and can be claimed during business hours. Email us at amphitheater@louisvilleky.gov or call us at 502-368-5865 to retrieve any missing items.
All items will be disposed of if not claimed within one month.
+ Lost Patron
In the event a member of your party is lost during an event, please contact an Iroquois Amphitheater staff member or volunteer for assistance.
+ Lost or Stolen Tickets

Parking is free during all events. Free overflow parking is also available at DeSales high school, 425 W Kenwood Dr, Louisville, KY 40214, which is a short walk to the Amphitheater. View Map.
+Pets
Only service animals under leash control of their owner are allowed within the Iroquois Amphitheater.
+ Picnic in the Park

+ Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted to be brought into Iroquois Amphitheater:
· Food, cans, bottles, coolers or any similar containers
· Alcohol of any type
· Weapons and firearms
· Fireworks
· Skateboards
· Umbrellas
· Laser pens or laser products of any type
· Stickers
· Glitter
· Soliciting, commercial activities including vending without a permit
· Distributing literature/produce without prior written consent of facility management.
· Air horns or noise makers of any type
· Any other item deemed unacceptable by Iroquois Amphitheater management
Iroquois Amphitheater will not hold any personal belongings or items of any type.
+Public Transportation
TARC provides bus service to the parking lot of Iroquois Amphitheater. Please see their schedules at ridetarc.org.
+ Rain and Severe Weather Protocols
All events at the Iroquois Amphitheater go on rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, we may pause or delay the show while it passes over. In the event of extreme severe weather, the event may be cancelled, and patrons may be asked to exit the venue seek shelter elsewhere.
Umbrellas are prohibited but guests may bring a poncho or rain jacket.
+ Red Cross
Red Cross first aid is available at all shows. In the event of an injury or emergency, please contact an Iroquois Amphitheater staff member or volunteer for assistance.
+ Re-Entry
There is no re-entry during ticketed events.
+ Resell Tickets
The resale of tickets for any event at Iroquois Amphitheater is strictly prohibited. Only purchase tickets from TicketMaster or the Iroquois Amphitheater.
+ Restrooms
Restrooms, including family restrooms are available in the concessions tunnel. All restrooms are equipped with baby changing stations.
+ Security
DRH “Red Shirt” Security and the Red Cross are available for assistance at all Iroquois Amphitheater events. In the event of an injury or emergency, please contact an Iroquois Amphitheater staff member or volunteer for assistance.
+ Severe Weather
All events at the Iroquois Amphitheater go on rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, we may pause or delay the show while it passes over. In the event of extremely severe weather, we have emergency procedures to keep everyone safe.
+ Smoking
The Iroquois Amphitheater is a smoke free facility. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
+ Strollers
Strollers are permitted within the Iroquois Amphitheater but must be parked outside the seating areas and cannot block walkways.
+ Tablets and iPads
Tablets and iPads are prohibited.
+ Tickets
Visit our ticket page to purchase tickets for all events hosted at the Amphitheater or visit TicketMaster.com.
Those interested in purchasing tickets from the Box Office may do so on Thursdays 1-6 p.m. and Fridays 11 a.m. - 4 p.m., or 1 hour prior to gates opening on show dates. Tickets purchased in person from the Box Office will only be charged a facility fee and will receive a printed ticket.
+ Umbrellas
Umbrellas are prohibited, but guests may bring a poncho or rain jacket.
+ Water Fountains
Water fountains are available at both ends of the concessions tunnel.

+ Will Call
When Will Call Tickets are offered, they can be picked up at the Iroquois Amphitheater Box Office. Will Call Tickets are not available until 60 minutes prior to event time. When picking up tickets from Will call, guests must have a valid picture ID.
